The Antequera Dolmens are one of the most impressive megalithic complexes in Europe and have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These funerary constructions, almost 6,000 years old, are striking for their monumentality and the precision with which they were aligned with natural elements such as the Peña de los Enamorados.
- Menga Dolmen: One of the largest dolmens in Europe, featuring a colossal capstone that weighs more than 150 tons.
- Viera Dolmen: With a 20-meter-long corridor, this dolmen stands out for its exact alignment with the sun during the equinoxes.
- El Romeral Tholos: A tomb with a more advanced design, featuring a masonry dome that demonstrates a high level of architectural mastery.
